Nagoya living room set
The essentially floor-level lifestyle of the Japanese furniture (Shitsurai) is adapted into this collection and its design has ingeniously mimicked the position of sitting on the floor, avoided for seating and reclining and yet still be supported and cushioned comfortably. Such Japanese design presents with some elegant, refined features, such as the continous pattern of detailed straight lines running across the entire collection. Everything was composed of solid wood framed, squared construction with four raised-floor legs. Seats were covered with padded and brocade cushions, providing comfort and relaxation.
